Baked quails. Recipe.

Today is Valentine's Day. I want to congratulate you on the holiday and wish you strong love. Love and be loved!

For the holiday I wanted to cook something tasty, sit down to eat and drink red wine in honor of the holiday.

The easiest recipe for baking quails. It turned out very tasty and the meat is juicy and soft, very tender.

I always pickle everything myself, not according to recipes. Just what my heart desires. I love to experiment. Improvisation is my everything)

Ingredients: 2 quails (wash well and dry with napkins); 2 chubs of garlic (peel and juice); ketchup (a couple of tablespoons); soy sauce (2 tablespoons); salt, pepper (to taste); onion 1 piece.

Preparation - below is a step-by-step photo and description.

Preparation

Peel and squeeze 2 garlic cloves.

add seasoning. You can add any seasoning that you like best. I don't like this seasoning. The whole series of this seasoning is delicious.

Add ketchup

Soy sauce. I added classic soy sauce. You can add any other.

Salt pepper.

We wash the sauce well in moso on all sides of the quail, as well as inside.

We put the quails in a baking bag. In the photo there are two packages, in one of them quails in the other potatoes with meat. I'll send you a recipe for potatoes with meat later.

I also added a bow.

We bake for about 1 hour. At a temperature of 220 - 240 degrees, you can adjust the time and degrees yourself. I like to cook quickly, so I always turn the temperature on to the maximum and check the meat after 40 minutes. If it's off, put it on for another 20 minutes. As one hour passes in total, I cut the bag and see if it's ready or not. You can make an incision with a knife at the thigh, if the meat is white then it is ready.

Enjoy your meal!

Hi friend
That's true but you can't be vegetarian because whenever you take breathe, you are eating lots of bacteria.
