Breakfast Weight Loss Shake

We all are looking to lose weight while some of still believe we need to starve in order to shed off the excess weight, this often results in us skipping the most important meal of the day "BREAKFAST"

I often struggled with finding balance in the breakfast I consume, often seeing myself reach for the muffin or a sandwich that has a hidden enemy in it named Gluten.

All that had to change and I decided to switch to a meal replacement called USN Diet Fuel. I was fully aware that this powder and water might not help sustain me for that short period of time.

I decided to add in fresh fruits which would assist in adding my daily fresh fruit like Strawberrys, Banna, Raspberry, Blueberries

Benefits Of Fresh Fruit In Your Shake

Strawberries - They help in boosting your metabolism.

Banna - The banana is in the shake to add that extra element to keep you full for longer, lets not forget it gets the shake to be creamy and tasty.

Raspberry - These are low in calories while also providing us with fiber and vitamins.

Blueberries - Are rice in antioxidants that can assist in burning fat.

Now the main part which all seem to have problems with is the prep time. I am going to show you how quick and easy this can be. Every Sunday is when I prep my blending ingredients. I take my Strawberrys, Banna, Raspberry, Blueberries and put them in 7 individual zip lock bags and toss them in the freezer, this quick tip saves me a lot of time in the mornings and now I just need to take out one bag and empty the ingredients into my blender.

Ingridents And Mesurement For The Shake.

Banna - one whole Banna.
Raspberry - A hand full of Raspberry.

Process Of Making The Shake

This has to be the easiest breakfast you ever made, first empty the frozen ingredients into the blender followed by your choice of liquid either milk or water, and blend for 3minutes or until it is the right consistency for you.

I have been doing this for a while and breakfast hasn't been this easy for me ever, it gives me the kick I need to get my day started.

Good luck to all those that are going to give this a try and I hope the results are amazing.
