Ingredients :
Basmati rice (1/2 cup)
Soybean (01 cup)
Onions (1 chopped)
Curd (2 tablespoons)
Red flavourer (2 tsp)
Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
Biryani spices (1 tsp)
Oil (2 tablespoons)
Ginger-garlic paste (1 tsp)
Mint leaves (1/4 cup chopped)
Coriander leaves (1/4 cup chopped)
Cloves (03 pieces)
Cassia (02)
Cinnamon (01 piece)
Salt (to taste)
Method:
First, soybeans soaked 1/2 hour in warm water, then cook until it involves a boil.
When cold, squeeze soybean water, then add red seasoner, turmeric powder and salt thereto and keep it covered for a long time.
Now heat the griddle and fry the soybean on that.
Heat oil in an exceedingly pan and put it cinnamon, bay leaves and cloves.
Take a second later, ginger-garlic paste and fry for one minute, insert the above onion and fry until it's golden.
When the onion is fried, add mint and fry it for thirty seconds, after this add curd, red chilli, turmeric and biryani masala powder within the pan and fry well.
Then add two cups of water into the pan and let it come to a boil, add the rice and coriander pan after the boil and blend.

When the rice is half cooked, add soybeans thereto and canopy it and cook it on medium flame for 6-7 minutes and so put off the gas.
