THAI CHILLIS PASTE SAUCE

  • 10gr red chillis
  • 10gr garlic
  • 2 tbsp chilli paste
  • 5 gr ginger
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste (or ketchup)
  • 40ml vinegar
  • 60gr sugar
  • 1.5 tapioca liquid ( tapioca starch mix water)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
    First, add chillis, garlic, chilli paste and 5 gr ginger to a grinder. Then add vinegar and sugar, blend all until the mixture is smooth.
    Pour mixture to a small pot, heating in low level. Until mixture boiling, add tomato paste, salt and tapioca starch, mix well until all is thick. Pour sauce to a jar, fridge in some weeks.
