Ingredients :

Edamame (Soy Bean) 200g
Oil 2 Tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp
Chopped Dry Chilies 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp

Steps:
.
1.Bring a pot of water to boil, blanch soy bean for 2 min, set aside.
2.Heat pan with oil over medium heat, sauté minced garlic & chopped dry chilies.
3.Add soy bean back, toss well.
4.Pour soy sauce by the edge of the pan, toss well. Ready to serve.
