Quick, simple and easy. Made in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
Pork Broth (I used what I had)
Hot Pot Spicy Base Block
Sichuan Chilli Paste
Thin Hokkien Noodles
Diced Beef
Oyster Sauce
Chicken Powdered Stock or Salt
Fresh Coriander
Fried Onions
Method:
- Add your pork broth in a pot on medium high heat. Then add the hot pot base and Sichuan paste.
- Put in a little bit of oyster sauce, chicken powdered stock, fried onions, and coriander.
- Add your noodles inside and then a minute before you take it off, add your diced beef. Done.
It's honestly so quick and something delicious for lunch. I got my hot pot block base at a Korean grocery store.
