Ingredients:

Hard Tofu (Beancurd) 2 PCs
Tempura Powder
Dashi Broth (Kombu + Katsuobushi Flakes ) 150ml
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Mirin 1 Tbsp
White Radish 1Tbsp
Scallion A Little
Katsuobushi Flakes A Little
Furikake A Little
Shichimi A Little

Ingredients:

1.Cut hard tofu into big cubes, tap it to dry with kitchen towel.
2.Coat hard tofu with tempura powder, put inside the air fryer basket, brush every sides with oil, 180℃12 minutes.
3.Grate white radish, squeeze the excessive water out, set aside.
4.Sauce: Bring Dashi broth, soy sauce, Mirin to simmer, set aside.
5.Take tofu out from air fryer, plate it, top with grated white radish, pour sauce, add some scallion and Katsuobushi Flakes, A little bit of Furikake & Shichimi.
