1 pork chop sliced
1/2 can drained straw mushroom or any kind
1/2 Napa cabbage
1 bag of frozen rice cakes
2-3 slices ginger
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp veg oil
1-2 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp light soy
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Boil water in pot to cook rice cakes.
While rice cakes cooking in wok heat veg oil med/high heat.
Add garlic and ginger. Cook for a few min
Add meat, soy, sesame oil. Cook until meat is cooked.
Add veggies. Cook for a few min stirring until cabbage slightly cooked.
Add drain rice cakes and add immediately to wok and stir constantly or it will stick.
Salt and pepper to taste.
