I was cooking Doenjang-jjigae while I realized that instead of Doenjang I have bought Samjang... ;)
Than... I checked on google maps that there is one Asian grocery shop near me which is closing at 11 pm (it was already 10 pm). I went there but due to pandemia it operates in changed hours and was closed.
Luckily my Korean friend helped me to fix my situation and recommended to add 2:1 samjang and gochujang and a little bit sugar.
I will keep updating.
