Once in awhile I like to give myself a treat and go for a high quality breakfast! Not just a greasy spoon deal. While things were opened up a little more was able to do that. It is helping me get through these times right now looking back. I don't recall exactly what this dish was called but it was super good!
There is a bun and some sauce underneath. This place uses local ingredients. It was from that special mini holiday from awhile back. Was able to go on a bike ride through the city. Now it is more cold. It will warm up soon again later this week. It would be fun to ride the bike there again but everything is pretty much locked down again. I'm concerned I may have a hard time finding a washroom. Also restaurants will not be open except some takeout.
Was glad I got that in while I did. Finally I feel I'm relaxing some here. Did quite a bit of work and such after the mini holiday. Lately I've had more time again. Getting myself back in some grooves. Will have to document more of the home cooking now. We have been known to make a special breakfast here too from time to time
I will make the most of what I've got and look forward to being able to go out and do something like this again when it is more safe
