We get a roast for lunches sometimes. It was cooked very well and spiced right! Then we add it to other things like maybe a soup or omelette. With this one we did make an egg dish of leftovers. I was grateful to have some good ingredients for this sandwich. Had hot mustard, mayo, lettuce, cheese, decent rye bread which was big. Made for a good sandwich!!
Lunches are important to me. I like to eat
I was pretty hungry so I made some instant ramen to go with it! That's okay sometimes. Soup and Sandwich go well together! I usually put the food on a sawhorse made as table and watch some telly when it's ready. I like to watch a documentary, lecture or ok movie. Sometimes cartoons.
