Hi blurt friends, how are you all. Today I am going to share a traditional food of our country.
It was an invitation. I went to my brother-in-laws house that morning. He invited me for taking lunch with him.
It is a rainy day. The sky was very much cloudy from the early morning, that's why I was a little bit confused about going there.
The rain stopped suddenly and I took the chance in the meantime. I arrived to my brother-in-laws house. After reaching there, the sky started crying again.
I didn't know about the recipe what was prepared for me. It was something different from regular meal.
Normally in our country, the guest is entertained by meat with biryani, khichuri, fried-rice or other heavy foods; but they didn't arranged such type of foods rather than some traditional ones.
It was nothing but different items of meshed curry. They arranged 10 types of different curry for me. I was astonished about the arrangement that included:
- Meshed potato
- Meshed dry fish (2 types)
- Meshed blackseeds
- Meshed chilly
- Meshed mustard seeds
- Meshed spinach
- Meshed Egg
- Meshed nut
- Meshed onion
Some of these items were solder, some were sour. I had a little amount from each curry and tasted all. I liked Meshed mustard seeds veey much though all items were excellent with their own tastes.
