I cooked meatballs. It is very easy, healthy and delicious since we eat out.
İngredients ;
•250 g ground beef
•1 onion
•1 cup of breadcrumbs
•1 pinch of parsley
•2-3 cloves of garlic
•salt
•black pepper
•Red pepper
•coriander
•cumin
•Mix until homogeneous.Shape the way you want.
•Leave it in the fridge for an hour. When it rests, it does not scatter while cooking.
Cook in little oil over medium heat.
•It will be soft inside. Do not overcook.
