You will have 2 bowls of rice just mixing in the sauce. Simple and easy to do.
RECIPE :
A. Marinate chicken pieces with 2tbsp oyster sauce + a pinch of salt + a pinch of pepper for at least an hour.
B. Heat 3tbsp of oil. Add 2thumb size ginger cut in slices. Add a tbsp of minced garlic and 1 large onions (slices). Stirfry all till fragrant. Add marinated chicken and stirfry for about 3minutes.
C. Add 2 cup of water + 3tbsp oyster sauce + 1tbsp dark sauce. Allow it to simmer till chicken is tender. If you like it salty add a pinch of salt. To thicken sauce add 3tbsp water mix with 1tsp cornflour in a small bowl. Pour into wok or pot and once thicken..it is ready to serve.
