1 teaspoon of salt
8 chili peppers (i like spicy)
2 sprigs cilantro
2 tablespoon fish sauce
3 kaffir lime leaves
1 lemongrass
2 pieces of galangal
2 limes
5 Mushrooms
Sea bass 250 grams
350 cups water or chicken stock

Bring the water or stock, fish sauce, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, salt to a boil in a pot. When the water boils,put sea bass and mushroom wait around 4-5 minutes.Remove from heat. Add the lime juice cilantro and chilies,
