How to cook red been soup?

Our red bean soup has been very successful 🤤

Ingredient:
Red beans 300g
Dried tangerine skin - one piece (You can use fresh orange skin too)
Rock sugar/ sugar
Dried Lily bulb - optional

Steps:

  1. Clean and soak red beans overnight.
  2. Soak the dried tangerine skin until it softens, clean it .
  3. Clean and soak the dried lily bulb for 1 hour.
  4. Put red beans, dried tangerine skin and dried lily bulb into the water.
  5. Cook over high heat until water boils.
  6. Cook over low heat for an hour.
  7. Add sugar.
  8. Take out the tangerine skin.
  9. NOW, IT'S YOUR TURN!
