Our red bean soup has been very successful 🤤
Ingredient:
Red beans 300g
Dried tangerine skin - one piece (You can use fresh orange skin too)
Rock sugar/ sugar
Dried Lily bulb - optional
Steps:
- Clean and soak red beans overnight.
- Soak the dried tangerine skin until it softens, clean it .
- Clean and soak the dried lily bulb for 1 hour.
- Put red beans, dried tangerine skin and dried lily bulb into the water.
- Cook over high heat until water boils.
- Cook over low heat for an hour.
- Add sugar.
- Take out the tangerine skin.
