Homecooked Hakka Style Stewed Beef Brisket & Tendon Low Sang Mee

RECIPE:
Here’s are the ingredients:
Beef Brisket
Beef Tendon
Cinnamon Bark
5 Spice Powder
Cloves
White Pepper
Bay Leaves
Fresh young ginger
Coriander Powder
Fresh Coriander
Spring Onion
Fresh Garlic
Shallots
Fish sauce
Soya Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Rice wine
Sugar
Salt to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fry in oil; Fresh Garlic, Shallots & Ginger
  2. Then the beef with fish sauce inside the mix.
  3. Add pepper, coriander powder, 5Spice Powder, cloves and bay leaf.
  4. Caramélize till fragrant then add soya & oyster sauce, rice wine and water to simmer till beef is tender.

For Noodles:
Boil till al denté then put into a plate with dark soya sauce, sesame oil and white pepper,
Mix till noodles are marinated then spoon in Beef brisket with some of the sauce and garnish with Spring onions.
