Espero que se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy recibí la visita de unos familiares y ya casi era la hora de almorzar por lo que se me ocurrió realizar un rico arroz con pollo cremoso para todos ya que éramos muchas personas, aquí les demuestro como lo hice y el resultado final espero les guste!

En una olla grande coloque un poquito de aceite, paprika y cebolla para sofreír

Luego agregue picadas las alcaparras y aceitunas para que la comida tuviera un sabor y aroma distinto

Luego de sofreír los aliños agregamos el pollo, luego de 25 minutos de cocción agregamos suficiente agua para que nos quede una terminación cremosa

Si deseas este color amarillo intenso le agregas cúrcuma !

Como acompañante pique ajo, lo mezcle con mantequilla, lo unte en el pan y lo coloque en la plancha solo unos segundos para que queden crujientes
