Sauteed anchovies onion chilies
Materials:
200 gr anchovies
150 gr red onion, sliced
Green chilies to taste, sliced
Red bird's eye chilies, sliced
Curly red chilies to taste, sliced
3 pieces of lime leaves, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
How to cook:
Fry anchovies until crisp, remove and drain. Set aside
Saute the shallots until slightly wilted, then add the chilies and lime leaf slices, cook briefly
Then enter the shrimp paste, stir well
Finally enter the anchovies, mix well. Remove and serve with hot rice.
