Curry cassava leaves

Materials:

  • Cassava leaves (siangi, boil, then wash, drain)

Seasonings:

  • 13 pieces of cayenne pepper

  • 5 spring onions

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 3 candlenuts (toasted)

  • 1 tsp coriander (roasted)

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 box of coconut milk - salt, gulpas and flavorings to taste

  • oil for sauteing

  • enough water

  • 3 bay leaves

  • 1 lemongrass crushed

How to cook:

  • Puree the spices, then heat the oil, saute the spices until fragrant

  • Add water with coconut milk and bay leaves and lemongrass

  • Wait for it to boil, enter the cassava leaves. cook until cooked and the spices are absorbed, correct the taste, serve.
