Classic apple pie
Filling ingredients:
- 5 apples, cut into pieces
- 5 tbsp raisins
- 3 tbsp almonds
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Pie crust:
- 300 grams of triangular flour
- 200 grams of cold butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons ice water
- a pinch of salt
How to make:
- Cook all the filling ingredients so 1 except almonds and butter. Stir well. Add butter and almonds, set aside.
- Pie crust: mix flour and salt. Add butter and mix well. Pour in the ice water little by little, stirring until smooth.
- Take 3/4 of the dough, roll and shape according to taste.
- Prick the bottom fork, give the filling.
- Give the remaining 1/4 of the dough to make wicker on it. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Grease egg yolk, bake 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
