Classic apple pie

Filling ingredients:

  • 5 apples, cut into pieces
  • 5 tbsp raisins
  • 3 tbsp almonds
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Pie crust:

  • 300 grams of triangular flour
  • 200 grams of cold butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons ice water
  • a pinch of salt

How to make:

  • Cook all the filling ingredients so 1 except almonds and butter. Stir well. Add butter and almonds, set aside.
  • Pie crust: mix flour and salt. Add butter and mix well. Pour in the ice water little by little, stirring until smooth.
  • Take 3/4 of the dough, roll and shape according to taste.
  • Prick the bottom fork, give the filling.
  • Give the remaining 1/4 of the dough to make wicker on it. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Grease egg yolk, bake 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
