Normally, our family does not eat noodles so much, but we eat sometimes. Usually we make it like soup but today I want to eat something stir-fried and spicy. I picked some holy basil from the roti restaurant near our apartment yesterday.
Now I need to put it in this dish also. This dish smells delicious, so I canโt to wait to eat. When I am cooking I think I donโt want to take beautiful pictures because I am so hungry. Sorry if not have a nice picture for this post.
๐ฉโ๐ณ Stir-Fried Holy Basil With Spicy Noodles Recipe ๐ฟ๐ถ๏ธ

Ingredients
- 2 vegan noodle packages
- 2 small pieces of tofu
- 3 of choy sum
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 dried chilies
- oil for frying
Crush garlic with dried chili. Cut vegetables. Boil noodles and remove it from the hot water.
Heat oil and fry paste until smells aromatic.
Crush tofu and add in the pan and fry it little, add sugar, soy sauce, some seasoning from noodles, fry a little.
Put choy sum fry it maybe one minute. You can pour little bit wate if you like. After add choy sum leaves and fry little.
Then put boiled noodles and fry it very well.
Add holy basil and fry a little, itโs ready.
When I was young I like to eat noodles so much. Now I still like it but I know eat it so much is not good for health. So I eat not very often. Have a nice day everyone.
