I made this dish two times, and my family said itβs delicious, so I would like to share it with you all. When I made it the first time I put roasted peanuts also.
Today I did not use peanuts because I do not have any right now. I love when this dish has roasted peanuts much more. I always love food made with lemongrass and peanuts.

Ingredients
- 2 lemongrass stalks
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 small piece galangal
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 big green chili (spicy)
- 1 dried chili
- 1 head broccoli
- 8 pumpkin flowers and 4 pumpkin shoots
- 1/2 the meat of a small coconut
- 1-1/2 block tempeh
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- oil for frying
I cut all like that and boiled broccoli one minute and remove from the hot water and took it in the cool water and remove away. Then I scraped the coconut meat out.
I cut tempeh and add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chili powder and mix it up. I marinate it five minutes and fry it until brown.
Heat oil and fry garlic, chili, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and turmeric.
Then add coconut and fry until it smells good. After add the salt, sugar, and soy sauce and fry a little.
Then put boiled broccoli and fry it a little.
Then add pumpkin flowers, pumpkin shoots and fried tempeh, fry it again a little bit and taste. Itβs ready.
