手抓饼

今天在超市里面看到了有咸蛋黄味的手抓饼皮卖,还搞特价,没试过这口味,抱着试一试的心态就买了,回家做手抓饼。

家里刚好有仅剩的最后一根香肠,还有生菜、鸡蛋和沙拉酱。那么巧的是沙拉酱也是咸蛋黄味的,现在都喜欢咸蛋黄味了吗?

先把生菜洗干净,不用很多,两三片叶子就够了。热锅煎个鸡蛋,再煎根香肠。最后煎手抓饼,手抓饼最后不要解冻,硬梆梆的时候下锅煎最好,不然你会知道撕开它两边的胶纸有多么的粘。

手抓饼煎到鼓起来,看到颜色逐渐变成有点透明油亮的时候翻面,将两面都煎的脆脆的。

盘子里放两张厨房纸,再将饼皮铺在上面,依次放上生菜,挤上沙拉酱,香肠和鸡蛋,再挤一些沙拉酱,再铺一片生菜,最后将它卷成一卷,如果料放多了可能会很难卷,所以注意用量。

用底下的厨房纸包着就可以用手抓着吃了,有点像kfc的鸡肉卷那样。一口要下去,先是饼皮的焦脆,然后是生菜的清爽,伴着沙拉酱的甜味,然后触及到鸡蛋和香肠,味道层次和口感都太棒了。但是好像并没有吃出来饼皮所说的咸蛋黄的味道,好像是被沙拉酱给掩盖过去了。
