之前煮粥是用的电饭煲+铁锅来煮,今天翻出了一个砂锅,之前是用来煲汤,直接就是好家伙,那就试试用砂锅来煮吧。就是锅有点大,粥只能到锅的一半。用砂锅煮的才是真的的砂锅粥,铁锅太薄,不好控制温度,很容易煮糊,砂锅可以小火慢煮,煮出来的粥可以更绵密,口感也很好,香!
