I always wanted to try out peri peri topping over my noodles. And I had no clue what if I make a soup full of Peri Peri masala and add noodles in it? Today I did just that and here's the result.
I added the Peri Peri Masala into the sweet corn soup. I boiled the noodles separately. And then added the noodles into the soup. And kept the mixture warm in the oven for few minutes.
I didn't add any vegetables or the other ingredients that most of the veg soups and the veg noodle specific people add into their soup. Because that would change the taste of the peri peri masala. I think I always wanted to experiment and it didn't worked out before.
But today I am happy with the mixture of peri peri masala and noodles as soupy noodle.
