Moimoi is a Nigerian food made from beans. The beans is peeled through the addition of water. This enables the outer covering to be soft and removed. Water is then added to the peeled beans in excess to soften its tissues, this process shouldn't take more than ten minutes. Fresh pepper is added to the peeled beans before being grinded using the grinding machine.
The mixture is supplemented by adding salt, vegetable oil, prawn and little amount of water. Place a pot containing a cup of water on fire. Get a thick transparent nylon to dish your mixture for cooking. As you pour it in the nylon, add a portion of boiled egg before tighten it. Put it in the warm water on fire.
The video below shows the process analytically.
