BEAN CAKE PREPARATION

I will take you through the process of preparation of bean cake that i made. But before that, i will list the ingredients used

INGREDIENTS

  • Grinded beans (2 cups)
  • Grinded pepper (2 teaspoon)
  • Blended crayfish
  • Vegetable oil (1 litre)
  • Salt (½teaspoon)

PREPARATION
Measure 2 cups of grinded bean into a clean bowl. Add lukewarm water and stir evenly until it turns semi liquid. Add about 2 teaspoon of grinded pepper(pepper and onion). Mix it together. Add salt and blended crayfish. Stir well and leave the paste to rest for 20 minutes.

Pour 1 litres of vegetable oil in a clean dry frying pan placed on fire. Use spoon to section the mixture to the hot oil based on your preferred size. Make sure you turn it once you notice a colour change tending towards brown, take caution not to allow it to burn.

You can eat bean cake with bread, pap, or custard based on your preference.
