Ingredients
Ol/ 350 grams
Tumaric /1.5 spoons
Salt /2 spoons
Onion /1 piece
Garlic /1 piece
Cumin paste /4 grams
Green chilli /5 grams
Garam masala paste /4 grams
Mustrad oil /20 grams
Water as needed
Step: 1. I removed ol shells. I cut ol slicely.
Step:2. I cut onion and garlic slicely .
Step:3. i made garam masala paste .
Step:4. I boiled ol with water .
Step:5.After boling ol , i picked up ol from pan.
Step:6. I mixed tumaric with ol.
Step;7 . I mixed garam masala paste with ol.
Step:8. I admixed salt with ol.
Step:9. I blended tumaric ,salt and garam masala paste in ol.
Step:10. When mustrad oil is hot in pan , i fried onion and garlic.
Step:11. I admixed blending ol in pan.
Step:12.I fried ol 8 minutes .
Thus I fried delicious ol recipe .Finally I made tasty ol fry recipe .
Ol is very healthy and nutritive food . It is a homemade and easy recipe . I like this recipe. Ol fry recipe is very delicious when it is tasted .I hope that Everyone will like this recipe. So you can try it.
