Today I am going to share shrimp fish malaikari recipe . Shrimp fish or chingri macher malarkari is very tasty and delicious food. It is a traditional bengali recipe . It is very easy recipe . So you can try it.

Shrimp fish/200 grams
Coconut(Coconut milk)/400 grams
Tumaric/ 2.5 spoons
Salt/ 2 spoons
Mustard oil/40 grams
Green chilli/ 5 pieces
Red chilli/ 4 pieces
Cumin/ 6 grams
Onion/ pieces
Garlic/ 2 pieces
Bay leaves/4 pieces
Garam masala paste 4 grams
Water as needed
Firstly I collected one coconut . After that I cut coconut . I collected coconut milk from coconut white parts .
When I collected coconut milk from coconut , i added some water . Thus I collect coconut milk .
Secondly I removed shrimp fish shells .I washed shrimp fish with fresh water . I added water in pan. I mixed tumaric and salt .I mixed shrimp fish .
I boiled this fish until it becomes red colors . Thus I fried shrimp fish .
Thirdly I cut green chilli ,onion and garlic . I made garam masala paste.
Fourthly
I added fry shrimp fish in oven. After that I admixed coconut milk with shrimp fish .After boiling sometimes , I mixed tumaric and salt in curry . I boiled this curry 8 minutes . I picked up this curry from pan.
Fiftlhly when mustard oil is hot in pan , i fried onion and garlic, bay leaves in oven . I added garam masala paste in curry .
I mixed this curry in pan. I boiled this 6 minutes . Thus I made delicious shrimp fish malaikari recipe .
