I hope all the friends are well, I wish everyone a good time. There was a hotel next to the place I was waiting for at the very moment I was walking home from work yesterday. I saw a gentleman making jilapi there and the most interesting thing was that it was a village food hotel. So I tried to make the video with his permission and I tried to show the whole process how to make jilapi. And I had a great experience with this.These are basically jellies of molasses, first made of flour and baking soda and mixed well with other ingredients to make a light heavy butter. Then the butter is taken in a pot, rolled a little and left in deep oil and the butter is fried well. Then when the butter is well fried, it is put in molasses juice and this is how jilapi is made. thank you all.
