Date juice

Hope everybody is doing well. I hope this is going to be a good day. I hope that my readers will like my topic.Every country has its own traditions and those traditions are the best for each country and I think today I will write about a traditional juice of my country that is actually available in winter and after a long time I ate it and all in all it was a great feeling I will write about it.

In our country actually every meal in winter food is very traditional and very beautiful. But one of the different foods is date juice which is available in very marginal areas which is not available in urban areas and if you have to come to eat it then you must come to the rural areas of our country Bangladesh. This juice is especially available in areas where there are date palms.
This juice is extracted in a very natural way. The biggest thing is that when it is time for the dates to ripen, especially in winter, one pot is tied to each tree and the biggest thing is when the juice is in the date, the juices fall on that pot.Eventually the juices are collected from the pot and then they are sold and the funny thing is that molasses is made from these juices.
When I came to the office this morning I saw a shop selling juice and finally I bought it from there and it tasted good and overall the feeling was good .

Oh. I am missing the juice so much. When I was child, I used to drink it at every winter. We have a neighbor who used to make the juice from the date tree. It was quite cheap. Sometime, he used to give us free.

Thanks for sharing your recent traditional food consumption experience.
