It’s hard to find people who don’t like any poster term. And if mutton is paired with this poster, then there's no point. Pujo is in front of him, so if you learn different terms, you will be able to put the shelves of the guests who come to the house, by showing your cooking prowess. Moreover, the weekend holidays are not as good as the usual five days of eating and drinking at all. So you can learn different recipes to save the holidays. So don't be in a hurry, Mutton Poster is an impeccable recipe.

Mutton poppy needs to be made-

500 grams of mutton
Half a cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder
Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons of garlic paste
Half a cup of poppy paste
1 cup onion sprouts
1 tablespoon of ghee
1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
Raw chilli at 3 to 4 p.m.
Like salt to taste

How to make-

Wash the mutton very well and add water. Boil the mutton with a little salt in a pressure cooker and remove the water separately. Heat a pan and fry red onion with ghee in it. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and all the powdered spices and mix well. Use mutton stock if necessary. Because do not use separate water in cooking, the taste will be maintained when cooking mutton stock. Drain the spices very well, when the oil comes out, add the boiled meat and cook for another 20 minutes. When the meat is cooked, cover it and cook it very well. Care should be taken during cooking so that the meat is cooked very well. The meat has to be boiled in this way so that it can be cut with a spoon. After boiling, cook for another 15 minutes with coconut milk and poppy paste on top. Dry the gravy as needed or leave a little ghee on top. Serve with hot rice or parotta.
