Pran Haleem Mix | It's the Halem Mix of Pran brand that has all the needed masala and mixture of lentils inside it. |
Masala | This is the Haleem Masala from the haleem mix pack. |
Lentils | These are various kinds of lentils from the haleem mix pack. |
Beef | Beef is best for Haleem although it can cook with other meats as well or without meat. |
Onion | I chopped the onion into smaller pieces. |
Green Pepper | I needed green pepper for special scent and extra spice. |
Cooking Procedure:
Procedure could be found at the back of the pack of the Pran Haleem Mix from where I got some help and I also got help from a youtube video as well.
At first, I mixed the lentils mix in hot water and mixed them properly.
Then I fried the onion pieces with hot oil.
Then after I completed frying the opnion pieces properly then I added the beef on the pan. Then I added the masala that I got form the haleem mix pack and then I mixed them properly while the fire was doing it's work from under the pan.
Then I kept waiting and left the meat to be cooked properly. I had to add water later to cook it properly first.
Then when the beef was ready to use in the haleem, I added the lentil mix with this beef curry. And I had to mix them properly this time again.
Then after I waited for some time, the food was ready to taste.
I've used small pieces of green pepper and lemon to decorate it.
The Haleem is ready to taste at this time and it was nice and tasty.
That's it.
Here I presented you my own Cooking DIY of Haleem.
