Rice | It's the special chinigura rice for biriyani which we call "Polar Chal". |
Beef | After chopped them into nice pieces, I tried to wash them properly so that there's no blood and bad smell. |
Onion | I chopped the onions into smaller pieces. |
Sour Yogurt | I needed sour yogurt for the dish and I already had some in the fridge. |
Ginger and Garlic Paste | It's the mixture of ginger and garlic paste that I did blend and mixed before and using them from the fridge. |
Green Pepper | I needed green pepper at the las tprocess for a special smell. |
Indian Almond | Indian Almond is necessary for a better taste. |
Redymix Biriyani Masala | This masala is necessary for a better taste and it's bought from the shop. Radhuni masala are the better than other brands, in my sense. |
Steps:
At first, I had to blend the Indian Almond with a blender as I needed the paste.
Then I fried the onion.
Then I added and mixed all the ingredients with the fried onion in a pan with hot oil.
Then I had to cook the beef for sometime.
After I understood that the beef is ready to use at that time I started cooking the rice with oil and some part of the beef curry.
Then when the rice was boiled and soft enough at that time I mixed the beef curry with the rice and cooked them for some more time.
And then after some more time on the stove, the dish became ready.
Then I added some tomato and tried to make a nice presentation with the food.
The curry is ready to taste at this time and it was nice and tasty.
That's it.
Here I presented you my own Cooking DIY of Beef Biriyani.
