Spicy crispy fish fingers at home

Materials
300 grams of fish fillet

1 teaspoon mustard

1/2 teaspoon besan

3 cloves garlic paste

3 teaspoons cooking oil

2 eggs

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon blackberries

One and a half tablespoons of flour

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

2 cups bread crumbs

1 teaspoon salt

Coriander leaves (as per quantity)
Method

Making fish fingers is not a very difficult task. Not even time consuming. First make a paste with all the spices light water. Then add coriander leaves and salt. Beat the eggs in another bowl. Mix flour with it. Cut the fish fillets into pieces. Make sure that the file is narrow when cutting. Then heat the oil in a frying pan. Mix the fish fillets in the mixture. Then coat the beaten eggs with bread crumbs and fry them. Make your fish finger. Then serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
