Banana Cake
Hello friend
After struggling all day with work activities, this afternoon I wanted to make banana cake that I had never executed before. I'm curious about banana sponge recipes from searching on google and some of the recipes from asking friends who have a baking business.
Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken eggs
- 180 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams of sugar
- 20 grams of powdered milk
- 350 gr Ambon banana (I use chicken banana)
- 150 gr melted butter
- 1 teaspoon SP or emulsifier
How to make
Put the eggs, sugar and sp into a container and mixer at high speed until white is set.
Add the bananas little by little while continuing to mix but on medium speed.
Add the flour a little at a time and continue the mixer until well blended then turn off the mixer
Finally, add the melted margarine and stir using the turning technique so that the dough is evenly mixed
Bake over medium heat for about 30 minutes and ready to be enjoyed
The results this time are not as expected, but the taste is soft and very delicious. Maybe there are some techniques that I should learn again in processing this banana cake. Thank you community so that I can share activities to make various kinds of cake and cooking recipes.
