Now I will mix 350 grams of lachcha semai, 1 cup of sugar powder and 3 cups of milk powder in the ghee in the pan and fry it.
Then I will spread some semai evenly in a serving bowl. Now I will prepare the cream. Turn on the gas flame and boil 7 cups of milk. 3 cups of milk will boil. Now I will cool the milk. I will mix it with 1 cup of custard powder, 2 teaspoons of cornflower, 1 cup of condensed milk and 2 cups of fresh cream. He had some fried semai before and I will spread it on the cream so that the layer of cream is not visible. I will spread the fried pesto nuts, raisins and cherry on the semai Now let it cool in the fridge. When it is completely cold, I will grind it with the help of a knife and serve it cold.
