I am so happy to share with you two of my recipes. I made up one sweet and one salty dish.
Firstly let’s talk about salty one.
This is my healthy chicken burger! 😍
It’s so creamy and it’s full of proteins.
Burger waa made out od minced chicken, and i made the buns out of oat flour, spinach, broccoli and egg whites.
What do you think? Doesn’t it look yummy?
The filling is made od cheese snd light crwamy cheese spread!

The sweet healthy dish i made you could eat maybe for breakfast or dinner. It’s chia choco peanut puddung!
Don’t know if you tried it before but if you prepare it the right way it couls be vedy tasty!
I used chia seeds, choco peanut protein milk, whey, and skyr yoghut. I put inside little bit of peanut butter, and on the top i melted dark
Chocolate.
It was so yummy, and it had me full for 6 hours and one training in gym.
