Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 1 packet of noodles
- Chop the onion
- Chili powder
- Chaat masala
- Pepper powder
- Rice powder
- The spice of the noodles
- Eggs
- Salt
- Oil.
First I will take two boiled potatoes. Then I chopped two potatoes. In this way it is beneficial to mix potatoes. After crushing, this time I am giving 2 tablespoons of onion powder, half a tablespoon of green chilli powder, 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, noodles spice, chilli powder, cumin powder, amount of salt and all these are mixed together.
This time I will grind 1 packet of noodles with a roller. Put these noodles on a plate. Mix the spices of the rest of the noodles with the noodles.
Mix a little rice powder with mashed potatoes. It will be crispy. Now break an egg and take it in a bowl. Mix chilli powder and cumin powder with egg.
I will take 1 tablespoon of potato dough from the mixed potatoes and make them like the size of a finger. Care must be taken that all are of the same size and do not burst. I will put all these on a plate.
Now I will dip them in the mixed eggs. After dipping, mix well with the noodles powder.
Then I will fry them with oil in a pan. During frying, fry slowly over low heat so that it does not break or burn. It should be removed when it turns red. Afternoon snack made with potatoes and noodles was made.
