Breakfast is one of the most important food,which can't be avoid to miss So I decided to eat the common Nigeria food which is most take by most African home.
The name of food is usually called rice and bean
To prepare for the you have to fisrt pick the particle in the bean and fisrt cook the beans for like 15-20mins so that it will be eatable with rice.
After the bean is cook a little bit, then add your rice to it and allow it to cook well for another 300mins to be suitable.
To make my bean and rice suitable consumed I have to prepare pepper stew and fish to eat it.
I really enjoy the food because it comprised of protein, vitamin and carbohydrates.
So it can be called balance diet
