Hi everyone! I wanted to share one of my favorite side dishes served with Korean barbecue. Romaine Sangchu Geotjeori (Korean lettuce salad) is tangy, sweet, and spicy. Nothing tastes better than a bite of the salad with samgyeopsal and rice. Though Koreans usually use red or green leaf lettuce, we use romaine because of the crunchy texture!
