Method: Heat ghee in a pan and fry prunes, raisins, nuts, dried fruits with a little salt. Now pick the onion. Marinate the meat with yogurt, ginger onion-garlic-paste, turmeric powder and salt. Heat ghee in a pan and cook with meat. Now heat ghee in another pot and fry the whole spices for a while. Now cook polao with hot water in equal quantity with salt. Note that the polao is a little less cooked. In a large bowl, first add some polao and then a little hot spice powder with the meat, thus making a few layers. Serve with saffron soaked milk.
