Chicken Stuffed Capsicum with Rice

Hello friends today i will discuss with you how to make chicken capsicum hope you like it

Ingredients: 8 medium sized capsicum of red, yellow, green color, 1 cup of boneless chicken, 1 cup of polao rice, 3 cups of crushed onion, 1 tablespoon of raw chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, salt to taste. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, soy sauce 1 tbsp, tomato sauce 2 tbsp, mint leaves 1 tsp, adabata 1 tsp, butter 60 gm, mozzarella cheese 1 cup.

Method: Sprinkle chicken with adabata and soy sauce and keep for 20-25 minutes. Cut the capsicum horizontally into two equal pieces and put butter on the capsicum, removing everything inside. Heat the butter and fry it for a while with the onion and grated meat and fry it with oyster sauce and tomato sauce. Stir in salt, green chillies, black pepper powder and take it down. Fill the inside of the capsicum and garnish with cheese on top in a steamer or grate and serve hot with steam for 4-5 minutes.
