Another way to present my Jeju Tangerine Bossam Baek Kimchi. In order to wrap the filling tightly I needed to soak nappa cabbage leaves in my brine mix for about 4 hours. You can clearly see all the different colorful veggie filling more than other version inside the tangerine. This version will be better to eat a single roll in one bite. Otherwise it will get messy.
