I made delicious Gyoza with Tofu filling this time. You will be surprised about how delicious they are:) Wrappers are made with whole wheat flour and they are very healthy too!

Ingredients:
Gyoza dough:
200 g whole wheat flour
100 ml warm water (around 40°C)
Some salt
Filling:
200 g Tofu
100 g cabbage
1/2 green onion
1/2 carrot
3 g dried shiitake
2 Tbsp warm water (for shiitake)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
Some salt
1 Tbsp sake (or white wine)
2 Tbsp say sauce
3 Tbsp corn starch
Some vegetable oil (for frying)
Dipping sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
