1 cup jasmine rice, washed until clear water
9 cups water
Cook the above for 1.5 hours stovetop or 30 minutes in instant pot. Shred the chicken and return to pot. Add salt at end to taste slightly underseasoned.

Ginger, fine matchsticks
White pepper powder
Toasted sesame oil
Thin soy sauce
