Recipe for Kalmi Shaak Bhaji
How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing very well. Today I came up with a new recipe with you again. Today I will share a fun recipe with you. Today I will share the recipe of "Kalmi Shaak Bhaji" with you. This Bhaji is my favorite. I hope you will like it too. Especially the people of the village eat more of this type of food. Let's start the recipe-
Materials-
- Kalmi Shaak
- Onions
- Pepper, garlic.
- Salt
- Oil
The first step-
First you have to buy the grafted vegetables of your choice from the market. I have used two atti vegetables here. Then you have to clean and select the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2-
Then the vegetables should be washed well with clean water a few times. Wash well so that there is no dirt.
Step 3-
Then I have to cut the amount of onion, pepper, garlic. I cut it according to my amount.
Step 4-
Then I put one in the oven. Then I put the chopped peanuts with the vegetables. Then I put the amount of salt in it. For some time I boiled the vegetables with heat. When cooked I put it in a pot.
Step 5-
Then you have to put one in the oven. Then you have to put the same amount of oil in it.
Step 6-
Then when the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and chillies. Then stir very well. Until it is fried.
Step 7-
Then when the onion is fried, you have to give it with the boiled pennywort vegetables.
Step 8-
After stirring for some time, we have to take it down as we like. But before unloading, we have to check whether the vegetables are cooked or not. Then we have to take them down.
After unloading, we have to serve as we like. We usually eat it with rice or bread. You can eat anyway if you want. I hope you like my recipe today. Everyone will try it at home. I hope you will like it.
