How are you all? Hope you all are well. I'm fine too. I am back to you again with another new recipe of mine. Today I am going to share the recipe of potal bhaji with delicious potatoes Hope you all like it Let's start-
People of rural Bengal always eat simple food. They rarely eat such a variety of vegetable food as in the city They always cook and eat something fried, easy to cook. Another reason for this is the economic problem Anyway let's start the recipe.

Materials –
- Potatoes.
- Potl.
- Onion.
- Pepper.
- Garlic.
- Oil
- Salt.
Step-1.
First wash potatoes and potatoes well and cut them into small pieces. As you can see in my picture.
Step-2.
Now I cut onion, pepper and garlic to the desired size
Step-3.
Now the potato and potl, which have been previously cut for frying, should be washed very well several times with clean water.
Step-4.
Now put the pan on the stove and put oil in it. When the oil is slightly hot, I add chilli, onion and garlic.
Step-5.
Stir the onion and pepper for some time. After that, when the light red color comes, add the washed potatoes and potato wedges And the amount of salt should also be given.
Step-6.
Now stir very well So that everything is cooked well Heat and stir until the ingredients are cooked or fried.
Step-7.
When the color of the bhaji looks good and it is cooked, take it out.
In this way, you can easily fry potatoes and potal at home It tastes great with rice and bread. It is fried in almost all of our homes. One of my favorite fritters. Hope you all like today's recipe. Everyone will be fine, stay healthy.
