Materials –

1. Eggs.
2. Potatoes.
3. Onion.
4. Pepper.
5. Oil.
6. Salt.
7. flour

Step-1.

First, cut the potato, onion and pepper finely.

Now I took a bowl of chopped onions, potatoes and chillies. Then break an egg into it and mix it well.

Now take some flour in a bowl and add water and mix well

Now put a pan on the stove and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, first roll the flour, then roll the egg on it.

Now when one side is fried well, flip it and fry the other side and then roll it.
